東北硬式空手道セミナー3

本年は、巳の年、硬式空手道にとって、数段高いところに、目標を置いて頑張らなければと決意を新たに致しております。

宮城の拳聖空手の本部道場と市立体育館の道場に於いて、コンタクト（硬式）空手道の技術研修セミナーを開催する事が出来、大沼順師範（世界チャンピオン）始め指導員並びに、多数の選手達の参加を得て、大沼栄広師範、久高正光師範、坂本幸男師範の熱意ある指導協力を得て、参加者全員熱心に研修し、流石に、数多くの世界・全日本チャンピオン達を輩出した東北の地・世界でもトップ・レベルの選手達で非常に理解度が速く，将来が楽しみな選手達で、楽しく練習する事が出来、大変嬉しく思っております。

主なセミナーの内容は；
１、硬式組手　＜相対打ち込み練習；天・地・人の攻防反撃組手、
２、安全な投げ技と危険な投げ技；足取り投げとその対策＞、
３、登録形、
４、分解組手　＜基本形；内畔戦と平安初段＞の研修をする事が出来たことを大変良かつたと思っています、残念な事に、コンタクト(硬式）空手道競技の特徴ある分解組手競技種目の解説・研修の時間が足りず、次回に行う事に成り申し訳無く、お詫び致します。

分解組手の柔法-投げ技・関節技・絞め技、と剛法-突き技、蹴り技、打ち技の一部分の紹介と練習が出来ましたが、武器法；棒と木剣での分解組手は、次回の楽しみにしたいと考えています。

菊地信広師範、大沼栄広師範始め、菊地誠師範、大沼順師範、全日本総合武道連盟、拳聖空手、各東北の硬式空手の皆様の御健勝と益々の御発展を祈願致します。　　　合掌

We hope that the new “Year of the Snake” will be a great step for the success of Koshiki Karate.
As a first step, we had a technical seminar of Contact (Koshiki) Karate at the head dojo of Kensei Karate and Civic gymnasium in Miyagi prefecture.
There, we could have world champion Jun Ohnuma Shihan and other competitors under the teaching of Eiko Ohnuma Shihan, Masamitsu Kudaka Shihan, and Yukio Sakamoto Shihan.
Tohoku has had many world champions in the past, so the level of many competitors is high and we could have an efficient seminar.

The contents of the seminar were:
(1) Koshiki Karate: Uchikomi training (Ten, Chi, Jin attack and counter attack)
(2) Safety throwing and dangerous throwing techniques, sweeping legs and counter
(3) Registered Kata
(4) Bunkai Kumite: Basic Kata, Naihanchin, Heian Syodan

We could enjoy very practical and useful training. For example, we learned Ju-ho elbow techniques and choking techniques, and Go-ho kicking, punching and striking techniques. However, we could not have enough time for understanding the deep meaning and training of Bunkai kumite, and we will learn Buki-ho of Bo and sword next time.

We would like to give thanks for the great hospitality of Nobuhiro Kikuchi Shihan, Eiko Ohnuma Shihan, and Makoto Kikuchi Shihan. We look forward to and hope for the great success of the All Japan Sogo Martial Arts Federation, Kensei Karate and Koshiki Karate.
