世界硬式空手道連盟

“世界硬式空手道連盟”（　創始者、久高正之空観、範士九段、″World Koshiki Karate do Federation , Founder ,Masayuki Kukan Hisataka ,Hanshi 9^th Dan ）が、世界空手道連合（　会長笹川良一先生、World Union of Karate do Organization ,President , Ryoichi Sasakawa ）の技術スーパーバイザー、全日本空手道連盟（　会長笹川良一先生、理事長江里口栄一先生、All Japan Karate do Federation president Ryoichi Sasakawa , Chairman Eiichi Eriguchi ）の技術研究委員会を代表して、将来空手道競技を、オリンピックに正式種目として承認を得る為、“空手道競技を、より安全に、勝負の判定が明確で、誰もが納得できる様、近代スポーツとして、オリンピック・スポーツとして相応しい空手競技法を研究工夫して、実戦的で、”当て極める“事が出来、しかも安全で、怪我の心配も無く、勝負の判定が明確で、誰もが納得して楽しめる空手競技法を創案・開発した。

い、画期的な、安全具スーパーセーフを開発。

ろ、勝負の判定が明確な、加点方式を採用した競技規則・審判規定を創案。

は、競技者・審判・観客、誰もが安心・納得出来て、楽しめる硬式競技法を完成。

に、世界空手連合の理事会（シュトットガルド・ドイツ）で、安全具スーパーセーフが最も優れた、安全具である事を認めた。硬式コンタクト競技法が、安全で、勝負の判定が明確とのことで、この方式を今後、空手競技法として、各国の国内・国際大会に推薦採用させたいとの決議が成された。

ほ、そして、この安全具と硬式競技法を採用させ、近い将来、オリンピック・スポーツとして最も相応しい空手道競技として加盟承認を受けるように活動を積極的にして行く。

へ、モスクワ五輪（オリンピック）の組織委員会より、空手道競技を参加推薦するとの知らせを聞き、空手道関係者一同、大いに歓迎喜んだが、束の間、アメリカ（大統領カーター大統領）が、モスクワ五輪（オリンピック）を“ボイコット”日本もアメリカのに同調して、不参加、残念至極、“空手修行者にとっての夢の実現が、一夜にして消えた事は、今でも忘れる事が出来ません。

と、２０１３年、モスクワ・オープン硬式コンタクト空手道大会並びに世界硬式コンタクト空手道・少林寺流拳行館空手道の講習会（セミナー）の開催した時、幸いに公開記者会見（プレス・コンファレンスＰｒｅｓｓ　Ｃｏｎｆｅｒｅｎｃｅ　）Ｐｒｅｓｓ　Ｃｏｎｆｅｒｅｎｃｅ　）で、ロシア政府が全面的に、硬式コンタクト空手道をオリンピックに推薦して、バックアツプして下さるとの、スポーツ副大臣始めロシア政府関係者方々の、心強いお言葉と、心温まるご支援を賜り、深く感謝致しております。

＊世界の五大陸・各国各地で行われています、“　空手の技を、実際に当て極める事が出来る”硬式コンタクト競技法　( “ Full Contact Competition Style ）で、全日本硬式空手道選手権大会を、３１回、世界硬式コンタクト空手道選手権大会を、１９回、世界五大陸で、既に開催致し、何ら怪我も無く、選手・審判、役員、それに多くの観客の皆様も、大いに楽しんで、大成功を収めて来ています。

The World Koshiki Karatedo Federation

The World Koshiki Karatedo Federation, founded by Masayuki Kukan Hisataka, Hanshi 9^th Dan, developed the competition style of Koshiki Karatedo to enable actual direct contact with safety and no injuries to participants, with clear judgment easily understandable to all involved, and where all competitors can equally participate. Koshiki Karatedo also represents the involvement of the technical committee of the World Union of Karatedo Organization (President: Ryoichi Sasagawa) and the All Japan Karatedo Federation (Chairman: Eiichi Eriguchi).

Specifically, the World Koshiki Karatedo Federation:

(1) Developed the remarkable safety equipment “Super Safe” which was recognized as the most suitable safety equipment by the Committee of the World Union of Karate at their meeting in Stuttgart, Germany, where it was decided to use the Super Safe and the Koshiki Competition System for the World and Domestic competitions;

(2) Established the Competition Rules and Referee Rules, enabling clear judgment using the incremental points system;

(3) Developed the Koshiki Competition System for competitors, referees and enjoyable audience experiences;

(4) Promotes the Super Safe and the Koshiki Competition System for aiming at Olympic recognition;

(5) Successfully held the All Japan Koshiki Contact Karatedo Championships 31 times and the World Koshiki Contact Karatedo Championships 19 times without any serious injuries using the Koshiki Contact Karatedo System as the Full Contact Competition Style.

The Olympic Committee of the Moscow Olympics announced that Karate would be an Olympic game. However, due to the boycott of the Moscow Olympics by the USA, Japan did not participate, and the great step forward for Karate could not happen at that time.

When the Moscow Open Koshiki Contact Karatedo Championship, the World Koshiki Contact Karatedo Championship and the Shorinji-ryu Kenkokan Karatedo Seminar were held in 2013, the Vice President of the Ministry of Sport and other governors commented on their strong support for Koshiki Contact Karate as an Olympic game.
