☆Hand Made Miso☆
First day of Christmas dinner show
I’m at Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture
It was snowing
I finished my first day successfully
When I went to see Shiro Ito’s play, his wife gave me a present after the play
A miso which Shiro Ito’s wife, who is as known as a very good cooker, made
And various vegetables pickled in miso and soy sauce
Pickles of small chopped radish, cucumber, carrot, and shiso leaves
It was awesome
You can’t stop eating miso when you dip vegetable sticks
They are just so delicious
I appreciate Shiro-san and his wife
