今朝、朝稽古で、何時もの様に、川沿いの広場に着くと､空からスーツと鳥が飛んで来て、私よりも一歩先に降り立ち、トコトコと歩いているので、良く見ると体が青く，背中と尻尾が白い綺麗な鳥、暫らくすると、スーツと空高く舞い上がり、見えなくなった。
何かの知らせかなと感じがした、ふと母を想いだし、７月２日が、母の命日、母が鳥に託して、何か伝えに来たのかと思つた。
鍛錬形、クダカの三戦（サンチン）と十三（セイサン）で＂心、気、力の調整“で始まり、基本形、クダカの王冠（ワンカン）と平安（ヘイアン）の稽古後、”四股を踏み”
次に、基本技、突き技、蹴り技、打ち技の＂気血の流れと集中力の強化“の打ち込み稽古、続けて、川沿いを数キロ走り込み、
その後、開手形、クダカの公相君（クサンクー）と鎮当（チントウ￣）等の反復練習をして、立ち木とコンクリートの壁に、拳足を打ち込み”巻き藁鍛錬”を終え、軽くストレツチをしていると、
空からスーツと鳥が舞い降りて来て近づいて来て、逃げずに、私の稽古を見ている。空手の稽古を終えると、直ぐにパーツと飛び立ち空高く消えた。此れは、正光師範の”男子誕生の知らせ”だと確信した。
家に帰リ着くと、電話が鳴っている、受話器を取り上げると、正光師範からの電話で、丁度今“亜季さん（正光師範の妻）が病院に行ったとの知らせが有りました。
そして午後3時59分”待望の男子誕生“の知らせを受けた。

On June, 29th, 2012, a new baby boy was born for Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka.
On the morning of the 29th, when I reached the park I always visit beside the river, a beautiful bird with white feathers on its hip and tail came to visit me then flew away.
I felt as if some good news had arrived. Then I remembered that July 2nd is the day my mother passed away, so I thought that she had put some message for me with the bird.
First, I balanced my heart and mind by training Kata, “Kudaka no Sanchin” and “Kudaka no Seisan”, then practiced basic Kata “Kudaka no Wankan” and “Heian”.
After doing Shiko steps (i.e. the large, stamping-like step movements one can see Sumo wrestlers do), I made right blood flow and mental concentration by practicing basic punching, kicking and striking techniques.
Second, I jogged a few kilometers beside the river, then repeatedly practiced “Kudaka no Kusanku” and “Kudaka no Chinto.”
After some Makiwara training against a concrete wall and some trees, when I started some light stretching, the bird came to me again and watched me for a while then flew away.
I suddenly knew that this was a sign: a newborn boy for Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka.
When I arrived at home, the phone was ringing.
The call was from Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka, who said that his wife (Ms. Aki Kudaka) went to the hospital for delivery.
We had a newborn boy at 3:59PM on June 29th, 2012.
