東北硬式空手道セミナー2

今の度，東北の地，福島に、ご招待頂き、菊地信弘師範には、心温まる歓迎を受け、日本空手道、コンタクト（硬式）空手の国内に於いて、更なる発展と全日本コンタクト（硬式）空手道選手権大会を、他の武道、スポーツ団体に負けぬようなメジャーな大会に高めたい。

如何に、強い日本選手を育てるか、如何に五大陸に普及発展しておるコンタクト（硬式）空手道の選手達に、勝てる選手を養成するか、また、国際大会等で、活躍できる日本チームを作るか？　その為には、若い選手達の競技力の強化を計り、日本の指導者、審判員の更なる技術の研修と向上を計る事が急務である。

其の為には，まず始めに東北大会、代表大沼栄広師範、事務局長菊地誠師範、技術・審判委員大沼順師範等々、関東大会、代表久高正光主席師範、事務局長坂本幸男師範、審判長行方斉師範、関西大会、（代表打田直寛師範、坂上晋山師範　）、四国大会・九州大会と地区大会を開催し、地区大会で勝ち挙がり選出された選手が、晴れて、全日本大会の出場権を得る。

又、大会の開催時期に必ず、審判と技術研修セミナーを行い指導者達の相互の親善交流会議を行い理解を深め、一致団結して、コンタクト（硬式）空手道の更なる普及発展に努力する。各地区大会の審判・技術等のセミナー並びに資格審査会の師範指導者並びに資格審査委員は、全日本硬式空手道連盟本部師範会代表菊地信弘師範・久高正光主席師範（世界硬式空手道連盟本部師範会代表）が責任を持って、師範指導者・審査委員を選出派遣し開催実行する。等々、大変有意義な話し合いが出来ましたこと嬉しく思います。　

特に菊地師範より、コンタクト（硬式）空手道の将来、永遠に発展させ、次の時代に受け継いで行き、更に普及発展させる様指導協力する。等々、話し合いが出来、有り難い助言、申し入りを賜り、其の為には、歴代の硬式空手のチャンピオン達､始め、其々に硬式空手を名乗ている指導者、団体、更に、各種の空手、拳法、格闘技の先生方、団体に呼びかけ、ご協力戴き、真の日本一を決する全日本硬式空手道選手権大会、そして、国体に参加させ、オリンピックに参加出来る為には､元祖、全日本コンタクト（硬式）空手道連盟を中心に、全員の力を結集させ、菊池師範、大沼師範方の指導協力を得て、全日本コンタクト（硬式）空手道連盟の再興を計り、一段も二段も高いレベルの組織に、再生しなければ成りません。

It was a great pleasure to be invited to Fukushima prefecture in Tohoku and to receive the great hospitality of Shihan Nobuhiro Kikuchi.
We hope to make the All Japan Contact (Koshiki) Karate tournament as the most prestigious tournament of its kind, producing strong competitors who can compete equally with the world’s top competitors as a strong Japanese team. For this purpose, we need to increase the technical level of young competitors and judges as quickly as possible.

The competitors who win at their local tournament can attend the All Japan Contact (Koshiki) Karate tournament under the organization of the following Shihans:
Tohoku tournament: Chairman, Shihan Eiko Ohnuma
Director, Shihan Makoto Kikuchi
Chief Judge, Shihan Jun Ohnuma
Kanto tournament: Chairman and Chief Shihan, Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka
Director, Shihan Yukio Sakamoto
Chief Judge, Shihan Hitoshi Namekata
Kansai tournament: Chairman, Shihan Tadahiro Uchida
Director, Fuyama Sakagami
Shikoku tournament: not finalized
Kyushu tournament: not finalized

We will have technical seminars and judging seminars on the previous day of the tournaments to make the level of each tournament higher.
The Chief Director of All Japan Koshiki Karate, Shihan Nobuhiro Kikuchi, and the Chief Director of World Koshiki Karate, Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka, will carefully operate the technical seminar and judge seminar and prepare suitable judges and Shihans.

Shihan Kikuchi offered strong support for the future great success of Contact (Koshiki) Karate. We would like to thank him again for his great effort.

We would like to have the all Japan Contact (Koshiki) karate tournament as a single unifying tournament to select the true “all-Japan champion” by bringing together all Karate styles, Kenpo and other groups, together aiming to be true National Games and then Olympic Games.
Through the leadership of the Chairman and Chief Shihan, Shihan Masamitsu Kudaka, and Director Yukio Sakamoto, we hope to create an even stronger organization with the support of Shihan Kikuchi and Shihan Ohnuma for great success in the future.
